Create/Set Workstation

In order to be able to Pack a shipment, the workstation must be set for the user in BY.

Set Workstation

1. In the upper right corner of the BY page -the user name, warehouse and workstation are listed. To update the assigned workstation, click on the Workstation hyperlink.

2. A second page will open listing all the workstations that have already been created in BY. Scroll thru the list to find the appropriate workstation, click to highlight and click Save in the lower left.

3. The Workstation will now be set for that user.

Create Workstation

1. Navigate to the Workstation page under Configuration>Equipment>Hardware menu.

2. A list of Workstations will display, click Add in the upper left.

3. A second window will open, prompting the user for the attributes for the new workstation. Populate all required fields. In order for this workstation to be used for Packing, the Outbound Processing fields must be set as below. This will also be where the designated report and/or label printer are set for that workstation.

4. Click Save in the lower left corner of the page.
