Picks Stuck in L (Ready For List) Status

Scenario:

    Picks are stuck in "L" (Ready for List) status

Causes:

Below are conditions that will make work ineligible for release and not go to the work queue or RF units:
i.e. Ready for List 

• Replens/cross-docks must be completed before picks are eligible for release for ship_id
• Validation errors on a location MAY prevent picks from releasing
• Pick-Release policies must be set up properly for the lodlvl/srcare/dstare
• There are no empty staging locations to allocate the shipment to
• The Inventory footprint doesn’t match the Footprint configuration defined for the part
• The pcksts = H.  These are 'allocate to hold' allocations and must be released before they are eligible for pick release
